What is the return policy?

 Returned merchandise must include the original receipt/packing slip and tags in order to receive a full refund to the original form of payment.


Can I return an item after 30 days or without original receipt/packing slip?

Items returned after 30 days or without original tag, receipt or packing slip will receive online store credit for the current selling price.


How do I know if you've received my online return?

Tracking information can be found in your online account or by contacting Customer Service at 1-877-381-9494 (9 a.m. - 5 p.m. CST Monday-Friday).


I can't find my tracking information. Can I still return?

No tag, receipt or packing slip? You can return the item for online store credit for the current selling price of the item at the time of the return.


How can I cancel my order?

All orders have approximately a 24 hour window before processing is complete, and can be cancelled by contacting 1-877-381-9494 (9 a.m. - 5 p.m. CST Monday-Friday) CST. After the 24 hour window period, the order cannot be cancelled, and will have to be returned to receive a full refund.


My refund amount doesn't seem right. How can we fix this?
